Eating healthily and enjoying delicious food is not mutually exclusive. They can and they should exist in unison. This is how healthy habits are maintained and life can be enjoyed.
Learning the fundamentals of nutrition can support us all to live a healthier and happier life, nutrition can also support recovery from illness and help with management of diseases; all of which I am passionate about helping you with. As a Registered Dietitian, I am able to support you with achieving optimal health through individualised, evidenced based support.
I studied a bachelor of science in Nutrition and Dietetics and have since worked in the NHS across a variety of specialties including, gastroenterology, renal, hepatology, diabetes and weight management. I am also a member of the British Dietetic Association and I have further training in behaviour change and counselling skills.
It can be hard to hear through the noise when it comes to nutrition, with lots of misinformation out there. I aim to simplify it all and de-bunk some myths along the way
